Experiment Instructions

You are a xenopsychologist (a specialist in alien behavior) assigned to observe aliens on the planet Lumenara. There are several groups of aliens living in Lumenara. Each group has their unique eye color.

On Lumenara, the most critical resource is this blue mineral:

Your Task is to observe the mining behaviors of multiple aliens from this community. Based on their mining behavior, your goal is to assess the alien's capability in extracting the target mineral.

Specifically, You will observe multiple aliens in the group with red eyes.

Different aliens have different capability in mining the blue mineral. The better their capability, the more likely they will get a mineral in a single attempt.

The mining behavior of each alien will be shown as follow:

When you see the sandglass icon (⏳), the system is loading the mining outcome for the current alien.
You will then see two mining outcomes, displayed in separate boxes. Each box represents one attempt by the alien. There are two possible outcomes for each attempt:
- Success (): A blue mineral indicates a successful extraction.
- Failure (): A cross sign indicates no mineral was extracted.
After reviewing all the outcomes for the current alien, you will proceed to the next alien and repeat the same process.

At the end, you will provide your opinion on the aliens’ mining capacity.
