This study is about understanding how people form impressions of others based on a short encounter. You will view multiple short videos. For each video, you will see a person talking in front of the camera. They were people from realistic settings.

Your task will be to form an impression about the person in the video and freely write words to describe the person.

For each video you are going to watch, it will be paused three times. The first pause is at the beginning before the video starts. For each pause, you will see an input box on the right. Please write down ALL words that come to your mind about the person, one word per box.

Make sure the words are based on the overall information you have by the time the video pauses, not just the paused screen. Once you finish writing the words, click the 'Finished' button and the video will resume to play or continue to the next video.

On the upcoming screen, you will view a sample video. The video will play for 6 seconds. Please adjust the volume to ensure clear audio.

You can take a short break after completing every four videos.

After several trials, attention checks will be introduced. Each attention check involves a 2-second video clip, and your task is to indicate whether you have seen the video before.

Upon finishing all the trials, you will be asked to complete a survey regarding your demographics.
