Experiment Instructions
This study is about understanding how people perceive traits of politicians based on photos.
Specifically, you will be asked how corruptible, genuine, attractive, and dominant different politicians seem to be based on their photos.
There are no right or wrong answers. So please provide your most honest responses.

You will rate all politicians in a randomized order on a trait in each block. You will complete four blocks of ratings in total for the four traits. The order of the blocks is randomized.
Here is the definition of each trait:
Corruptible: a person who is dishonest and acts unethically for personal gain
Genuine: a person who is sincere, honest, and authentic in their words and actions
Attractive: a person who looks physically appealing
Dominant: a person who has the tendency to exert control over others in a group or situation

In each trial, you will see the following screen:
Please enter your answer by pressing a number key 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 on the top row of your computer keyboard. Clicking the numbers on the screen will NOT work. After you enter your response, the experiment will automatically move on to the next trial.

Your progress will be displayed at the top of the screen. You will be given the option to take a short break after completing each block of ratings.
